Overview
The École nationale supérieure de Chimie de Paris - PSL provides a comprehensive education to future engineers, equipping them with robust scientific knowledge and the ability to expertly manage innovative projects. Graduates of the École nationale supérieure de Chimie de Paris easily find positions in the business and academic research sectors in France and abroad.
Learning outcomes
The three-year program at the École nationale supérieure de Chimie de Paris - PSL is designed to gradually equip students with the full set of skills they will need. The first-year curriculum focuses primarily on providing the necessary foundations in scientific knowledge. Students are then gradually exposed to the humanities and social science, an approach that helps prepare them for successful navigation of the professional world.
In the third year of the program, students focus on engineering as a profession, and specialize through an engineering or research track, with opportunities for pursuing dual degrees and/or participating in study abroad exchange programs.
The engineering track provides specialized training in the major scientific, societal, and environmental issues of today’s world, and includes curriculum closely aligned with the areas of focus of the school’s research laboratories.
The research track leads to a dual degree--a degree in engineering and a Master’s degree from one of the four Master’s programs co-accredited by the École nationale supérieure de Chimie de Paris - PSL.
This program is accredited by the CTI (Commission des Titres d'Ingénieur) which is the French body in charge of carrying out evaluation procedures that lead to the award of the engineering degree “titre d’ingénieur diplômé”.
