The Graduate Diploma in Commerce is specifically designed for students who have an undergraduate degree in another discipline or for applicants with relevant qualifications and work experience.
Structure
What you’ll study
The Graduate Diploma in Commerce is a postgraduate coursework course designed to develop a core responsible, analytic, and creative mindset. You will complete core, foundational, selective units and elective units from the disciplinary pool as needed to meet the course requirements.

Admissions
To be considered for admission, an applicant is required to have:
- an Australian bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum 60 percent average or equivalent qualification, or
- the University of Sydney Graduate Certificate in Commerce with a credit average (65 percent).
International qualifications
For qualifications awarded outside Australia, equivalencies and entry requirements are determined based on the country, institution, and qualification.
A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band
A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing
A minimum result of 68 overall and a minimum result of 54 in each band
