Structure
What you’ll study
The Graduate Diploma in Law is a postgraduate diploma that will enhance your legal knowledge and further develop your critical and analytical thinking while learning the latest developments within the practice and profession of law.
You will complete 24 credit points, which is equivalent to 4 units of study.
You will complete elective units in one or more available study areas including administrative law and policy, business law, criminology , environmental law, health law, international law, jurisprudence, labour law and relations and taxation law.

Admissions
Admission to candidature for the Graduate Diploma in Law requires a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney, or an equivalent qualification.
International qualifications
For qualifications awarded outside Australia, equivalencies and entry requirements are determined based on the country, institution, and qualification.
A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band
A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing
A minimum result of 68 overall and a minimum result of 54 in each band
