Who is it for?

Structure

What you’ll study

The Master of Occupational Therapy is a postgraduate coursework degree with the vision of producing global citizens who take a collaborative, critical and strength-based approach to promoting health, well-being and engagement for people as occupational beings. This will include mastering skills to enable people with disabilities, recovering from injury or with ongoing conditions, to overcome barriers and identifying alternative techniques to do what they want to do.

This course is recognised by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and graduates will be eligible to apply for membership of Occupational Therapy Australia and the World Federation of Occupational Therapists. This condensed program includes core units in biomedical sciences and occupational therapy theory and practice, as well as elective units. You will also complete 1,000 hours of clinical and professional fieldwork.
